Cloudburst provides drop boxes for residential and commercial use throughout the City of Portland and unincorporated Multnomah County. We have various drop box sizes available for every size project, including 6yd, 8yd, 10yd, 20yd, and 30yd. We also have smaller cleanup containers available in some areas. GENERAL RUBBISH LOADS ARE SORTED FOR RECYCLING.
Typically between half and two/thirds of loads are recycled on average.

Cloudburst offers discounted rates for loads that are 100% recyclable. In order to qualify, loads must not contain any prohibited materials. Contaminated loads will be charged at the rate for General Rubbish.
The most common types of discounted loads are shown below:

| General Rubbish | YES: General Rubbish boxes can contain almost any material, or mix of materials, that is non-toxic and legal. There is an extra charge for each tire or “freon unit” (such as Freezers, Air Conditioners, Refrigerators) in the load. All mixed loads are taken to a facility where recoverable materials are removed for recycling and the rest of the material is sent to landfill. The average recycling recovery rate at these facilities is typically 50% or better. |

| Yard Debris/Wood | YES: Yard Debris/Wood Only boxes may only have wood, lumber, limbs, bush and lawn clippings.
NO: No pressure treated lumber, rock, concrete, dirt or sod allowed. |
