• Q: How long do I get to keep the Drop Box?

• A: Our minimum charge allows you to have the Box for 5 calendar days, including pick up and removal day. There is a charge for each extra day after the fifth day. If we deliver your Box on Thursday then we will pick it up on Monday at no additional charge. The Drop Box must be ready for removal by 7:00 a.m. on the scheduled removal day.

• Q: If I need to keep it longer than five days is that ok?

• A:You must call our office as soon as you know you will need to keep it longer. Our staff will be able to tell you if it is possible to keep it longer – the answer will depend largely on whether or not the equipment has been reserved by another customer.
